Alexandria----Richard Omer Pike, 24 of 89 Jacks Drive, Alexandria died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia, Saturday, October 25, 2008.

Richard was born January 19, 1984 in Laconia the son of Stephen B. and Bonita T. (Ouellette) Pike. He had been a resident of Alexandria for the past 21 years coming from Laconia.

Richard was employed as a chef at Vineyards Restaurant in Belmont. He loved to cook, work on home improvement projects and cars, spending time in the outdoors, camping, fishing, hiking and four wheeling.

Richard made his confirmation in the Catholic Church. He was a Boy Scout and was awarded the Eagle Scout Award and the Alter Dei Award.

Survivors besides his parents of Alexandria include his wife Elizabeth L. (Arsenlis) Pike of Alexandria; 2 brothers Erick S. Pike of Bristol and Anthony M. Taro of Ashland; 2 sisters Julie A. Pike of Illinois and Sara A. Taro of Alexandia; his paternal grandmother Doris (Girard) Pike of Alexandria; his maternal grandparents Omer A. and Constance Ouellette, Jr. of Pittsburg and formerly of Laconia; aunts, uncles, cousins and his mother-in-law, Mina Papaspyrou. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Stanley J. Pike.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday October 28, 2008 from 5-8 PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, using the Carriage House entrance.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday October 29, 2008 at 10AM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church 68 North State Street, Concord, NH. Burial will follow in Homeland Cemetery, Bristol.
