Laconia-----Meagan Dawn Libra Morrill, 30, of 21 Academy Street, died at her home on Monday, October 13, 2008.

Megan was born October 15, 1977 in Laconia, N.H., the daughter of Donna (Plourde) and John J. Hayes, Jr. She was raised in Ashland and been a resident of Laconia for the last ten years.

Megan had been employed as a L. N. A. at the Taylor Home Community for the past number of years. Megan loved her residents and caring for the elderly. She also loved her cats.

Megan is survived by her husband, Glen D. Morrill, of Laconia; two daughters, Ashley Mae Hayes, of Franklin and Mariah Dawn Leigh Hayes of Concord; her father, John “Jack” Hayes, Jr. and his wife, Karin, of Plymouth; her mother, Donna (Plourde) Theriault and her husband, Robert, of Franklin; her maternal grandmother, Elaine Miller, of Franklin; a brother, Michael Hayes, of Falmouth, Mass.; three sisters, Denise Govoni and Tonya Andrews, both of Plymouth, Mass. and Misty Platt of Memphis, Tenn.; two stepchildren, Philip Morrill and Haley Morrill, both of Laconia; two step sisters, Aimee Clifford of Enfield, N.H. and Erica Hatch of Lebanon, N.H. and many nephews, nieces, two grand nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by a daughter, Kayla Hannah Morrill, in 1999.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 17, 2008 from 5:00-8:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N.H.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 18. 2008 at 10:00AM at St. Joseph Church, 30 Church Street, Laconia, N.H. by Rev. Gary Kosmowski, Pastor of the Church.

Burial will follow in the family lot in Bayside Cemetery, Laconia, N.H.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Manchester, NH Office, 249 Canal Street, Manchester, N.H. 03101.
