Ida I. St. Onge

Dover-----Ida I. St. Onge, 84, of 374 Salmon Falls Road, Rochester, died at the Riverside Rest Home in Dover on Sunday, October 15, 2006. Mrs. St. Onge was the widow of Louis St. Onge who died in 1974.

Mrs. St. Onge was born May 31, 1922 in Pike, NH, the daughter of John and Doris (Wilson) Fowler. She lived in Laconia for many years before moving to Dover two years ago. She was formerly employed at the Pandora Knitting Mills for a number of years.

Mrs. St. Onge was a former volunteer at the GAR Hall in Lakeport.

Mrs. St. Onge is survived by three children, Doris McGrath and her husband, John, of Rochester, Louis E. St. Onge and his wife, Joyce, and Juliette Morin and her husband, Ricky, of Belmont; ten grandchildren, Robin Chase and her husband, Brian, Frank Jameson and his wife, Kreana, William Jameson and his wife, Melissa, Jeanette Shorey and her husband, Bruce, Louis St. Onge and his wife, Leah, Stephanie Tremblay and her husband, Jim, Allen Schaffer and his wife, Mari, Paul Schaffer and his wife, Kimberly, Joseph Dorman and Betsy Idell Dorman and her fiancé, Christopher Milewski; many great grandchildren; a sister, Trudy Jordan and her husband, Cecil, and many nephew and nieces. She was predeceased by four sisters, Marjorie, Audrey, Laurette and Ethel.

There will be no calling hours.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2006 at 11:00AM at the family lot in the New St. John The Baptist Cemetery, River Road, Allenstown, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Gail Singer Memorial Building, 360 State Rte 101 Suite 501, Bedford, NH 03110 or to the New Hampshire Humane Society, PO Box 572, Laconia, NH 03247.
