Kenneth M. Beck

Laconia-----Kenneth M. Beck, 87, of 30 County Drive, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Wednesday, May 2, 2007.

Mr. Beck was born February 3, 1920 in Danvers, Massachusetts, the son of the late Melville and Ethel (Delahunt) Beck. 

Mr. Beck served in the U. S. Army during WWII.  He was a life long resident of Lakes Region and was employed at Laconia Manufacturing Corp.  He formerly worked at Scott & Williams and for the State of New Hampshire at the Lookout Tower in Loudon. 

Mr. Beck was an avid fly fisherman and enjoyed camping.

Survivors include a son, Kenneth R. Beck, and his wife, Judy, of Weirs Beach, New Hampshire; a daughter, Sydney J. Beck-Watkins, and her husband, John, of Winchester, Virginia; six grandchildren, Angela J. Lianos, Derek A. Lianos, Scott K. Rolfe and his wife, Joey, Jeremy A. Beck, Corey M. Beck and Garrett L. Beck; four great grandchildren, Nicholas Rolfe and Alexis Rolfe of Belmont and Madelyn Kelly and Mckenzie Kelly and a brother, Raymond Beck, of California.

According to Mr. Beck’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral services.
