Ann B. (Nutter) Morse

Gilmanton-----Mrs. Ann B. (Nutter) Morse, 91, of 20 Chestnut Avenue, died at her home on Sunday, May 28, 2006.

Mrs. Morse was born April 7, 1915 in Whitman, MA, the daughter of Ezra S. & Nina E. (Bradford) Nutter.

Mrs. Morse was a resident of Whitman, MA most of her life and a seasonal resident of Gilmanton for many years before becoming a permanent resident twenty-two years ago. She was the wife of Clyde L. Morse for forty-three years until his death in 1984.

Mrs. Morse was a member of the Pilgrim Chapter, Order of Eastern Star for over fifty years. She was a Past Noble Grand of Vida Rebekaha Lodge; she was Past Mother Advisor of Whitman Assembly #93, Order of Rainbow for Girls and was very active in the United Methodist Church of Whitman.

Mrs. Morse is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Diane C. Knieriemen of Gilmanton; her grandson and his wife, Rodney E. and Traci Knieriemen of Penacook; two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by six brothers and two sisters.

There are no calling hours.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in the family lot in Pine Grove Cemetery, Gilmanton Iron Works.
