Joya A. Ouellette

Laconia-------Mrs. Joya A. Ouellette, 74, of 36 Massachusetts Avenue, Lakeport, died on Thursday, May 8, 2003 at the Lakes Region General Hospital. She was the widow of Raymond L. Ouellette who died in 1995.

Mrs. Ouellette was born July 28, 1928 in Caribou, Maine, the daughter of Ralph and Levina (Johnson) Judkins.

Mrs. Ouellette was a communicant of Our Lady of the Lakes Church and a member of the Ladies Guild. She was also a member of the Lakeport Community Association.

Survivors include three sons, E. Timothy Madore, Sr. of Meredith, NH, Roderic Madore of New York, Raymond Ouellette, II of Washington, DC and ; four daughters, Colleen Thompkins of Connecticut, Candice Madore, Michele Hawkes, and Danielle Madore all of New York; two step-daughters; Pamela Ouellette and Cheryl Ouellette, both of Laconia, NH; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister, Patricia McGlauflin of Maine and many nephews and nieces.

There will be no calling hours.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 12, 2003 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Lakes Church, 50 Washington Street, Lakeport, NH. Rev. George Soberick, Pastor of the church, will officiate.

Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
