Nancy F. Patterson Bradstreet

Alton, NH-----Nancy F. Patterson Bradstreet, 71, of 162 Sleepers Island, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Saturday, June 14, 2008.

Mrs. Bradstreet was born May 7, 1937 in Beverly, Mass., the daughter of Raymond Augustus and Mildred Hathaway (Tucker) Patterson.  She lived in Ipswich, Mass. before moving to Alton ten years ago. 

Mrs. Bradstreet was a graduate of the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital School of Nursing in Boston.  She was a registered nurse and was employed at the Beverly Hospital, Beverly, Mass and was formerly employed at the Crisis Center in Ipswich, Mass. 

 Mrs. Bradstreet enjoyed the water, gardening and was a scuba diver. Her travels included the Caribbean, Europe, The South Pacific and touring The United States in their Motorhome.

Survivors include her husband of forty-nine years, Ronald W. Bradstreet, of Alton; one son, Scot R. Bradstreet, of Stratham, N.H. one daughter, Susan B. Amundsen, Huntersville, N.C.; two grandchildren, Heather E. Bradstreet of Stratham, N.H. and Kyle R. Amundsen, of Wilmington, N.C.; and a brother, Decker Patterson of Washington, D. C. and Edgecomb, Maine.  Mrs. Bradstreet was predeceased by her parents.

There will be no calling hours.

 A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of her father, Raymond A. Patterson, may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, N.H. Office, One Bedford Farms Drive, Suite 105, Bedford, N.H. 03110.
