Gilford---Mrs. Cecile A. Flynn, 81, of 9 Sargent Place #71 Lake Breeze Mobile Home Park, died at the St. Francis Healthcare Center, Sunday June 4, 2006. She was the widow of Junior K. Flynn who died in 2004 after being married for over 60 years.

Mrs. Flynn was born July 11, 1924 in Laconia the daughter of Eugene and Marie (Maheux) Gilbert. She was a life long resident of the Lakes Region.

Mrs. Flynn had been employed at the Laconia Shoe Company for over 25 years. She formerly was employed at Gilbert Clock. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Lakes Church, Lakeport.

Mrs. Flynn was loved by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and her door was always opened to her family.

Survivors include her 2 daughters Beverly J. Mefford of Laconia and Carol M. Dinger of Gilford; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; 5 brothers Laurent Gilbert, Armand Gilbert, Leo Gilbert, Maurice Gilbert and Roger Gilbert; 3 sisters Marguerite Walker, Alice Brown and Grace Abbott; many nephews and nieces. Beside her parents and husband she was predeceased by 2 brothers Robert Gilbert, Arthur Gilbert and by 2 sisters Renea LeBrun and Stella Marsh who died May 16, 2006.

Private calling hours will be held for the immediate family on Tuesday June 6, 2006 from 9:30AM-10:30 AM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home 164 Pleasant Street using the Carriage House entrance.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of The Lakes Church, Lakeport following calling hours at 11:00 AM. Rev. George Soberick Pastor of the Church will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery Laconia.
