Donald J. Eaddy

Gilford, NH-----Donald J. Eaddy, 75, formerly of Boston, Mass. passed on July 9, 2008

Don was born to William S. Sr. and Clotel B. Eaddy on February 16, 1933 and was raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1955, served in the Air Force Reserve Services and played for the Chicago Cubs in 1959.  He was an owner of fast food restaurants in NYC and Boston for many years.  After retirement, he and his wife moved to the Lakes Region and enjoyed boating and fishing on Lake Winnipesaukee with his family and friends.

Don was the loving and cherished husband of Christine.  He is also survived by his brother, Jim Eaddy, of Grand Rapids, Michigan and his sister, Doris Eaddy, of Washington, D.C.  He was the adored uncle of numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  He was predeceased by his parents, by a sister, Shirley and by a brother, Bill.
