Diana M. LaCroix

Laconia-----Mrs. Diana M. LaCroix, 94, of 765 Union Avenue, Lakeport, and formerly of 35 Spruce Street, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Thursday, January 16, 2003. She was the widow of Archie A. LaCroix who died in 1991.

Mrs. LaCroix was born May 25, 1908 in Canada, the daughter of Albert and Marie Louise (Houle) Duff.

Mrs. LaCroix was a longtime resident of Laconia and worked at the Laconia Clinic for 21 years before retiring in 1970. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Theresa Vachon, of Belmont, NH; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and nephews and nieces. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Olesen, and by a brother, Rosaire Duff.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2003 from 9:30AM-10:30 AM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH. Following the calling hours, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Avenue, Laconia, NH. Rev. Adrien Longchamps, Pastor of the Church, will officiate. Spring burial will be in the family lot in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
