Pauline A. Granger

Laconia-----Pauline A. Granger, 88, of 175 Blueberry Lane, and formerly of Charlevoix Place and Lake Village Apartments died at the Genesis Eldercare Network, Laconia Center on Friday, February 23, 2007.

Pauline was born April 24, 1918 in Laconia, NH the daughter of Alfred and Hazel (Durham) Tanguay.

Pauline lived in the Lakes Region all of her life.  She was employed for many years in shoe/manufacturing positions for the Laconia Shoe Shop and the Sulloway Mills. Pauline was a communicant of the St. Joseph Church in Laconia.

Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Perry, of Laconia; two sisters,  Marjorie Bennette of Franklin and Gladys Barns of Tilton; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sally A. Thayer, in 2000 and by a sister, Marie Cronin, in 2007.

Calling hours will be at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH Monday, February 26, 2007 from 6pm to 8pm, using the Carriage House entrance.

         A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 10:00AM at St. Joseph Church, 30 Church Street, Laconia, NH by the Rev. Gary Kosmowski, Pastor of the Church.

Spring Burial will be in the family lot in Union Cemetery, Academy Street, Laconia, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Genesis Eldercare Network, Laconia Center. Resident Council Fund, 175 Blueberry Lane, Laconia, NH 03246.
