Mildred Mae Levesque

Alton Bay-----Mildred Mae Levesque, 58, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 after a long illness.
Mildred was the daughter of Victor L. Thompson, Sr. and Hazel M. (Avery) Eckhart.
Mildred was a champion of adults with disabilities having worked at the Laconia State School, Easter Seals as well as owning a group home for people with disabilities.
Mildred is survived by a son, Dana Collins, of West Palm Beach, FL; a daughter, Brandy Guyotte, of Bristol; her mother, Hazel M. Eckhart, of Meredith; a granddaughter, Cassie Guyotte; siblings: Brenda Walker of Belmont, Rosanna Thompson of Bristol, Sandra Demarco of Norton, MA, Terry Thompson of Rochester, Larry Thompson of Meredith, Elizabeth Connelly of New Hampton, Gary Thompson of Meredith, Jacqueline Thompson of Stewartstown; Fred Thompson of Florida; Margaret Howe of Lunenburg, MA; Victor Thompson Jr. of Jefferson, IN and several nephews and nieces.
Mildred was predeceased by a daughter, Victoria Drake, as well as her father, Victor Thompson; her sister, Roberta Perez, and step-father John Eckhart.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be held in the spring at the family lot in Oakland Cemetery, Meredith Center Road, Meredith, NH.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Laconia Senior Center/Meals on Wheels, 17 Church Street, Laconia, NH, 03246.
