Norman F. Daigneault

Laconia---Norman F. Daigneault 59, of 78 Dudley Circle, Laconia, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Friday December 6, 2002.

Mr. Daigneault was born May 20, 1943 in Laconia the son of Francis and Evelyn (Russilillo) Daigneault. He graduated from Laconia High School in 1961.

Mr. Daigneault had lived most of his life in Laconia. After retiring from New England Telephone Company in 1996, where he had been employed for 28 years, he moved to St. Petersburg, FL. He moved back to Laconia in August of 2002.

Mr. Daigneault was a communicant of St. Joseph Church. He was a former Vice President of the Laconia Little League and was involved with the Laconia Pop Warner program. He was an avid skier and golfer. He was a former member of the Pheasant Ridge Country Club.

Survivors include his wife Elizabeth "Betty" (Thompson) Daigneault of Laconia; his mother Evelyn Daigeault of Laconia a daughter Debbie L. Grant of Laconia; a son Scott F. Daigneault of Gilford; 4 step-sons Jerry Drouin, Steven Drouin, Pete Drouin and Jeffrey Drouin all of Laconia; 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father Francis Daigneault .

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2002 from 7-9 PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, using the Carriage House entrance of the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, Laconia, Wednesday, December 11, 2002 at 10:00 AM. The Rev. Gary Kosmowski, pastor of the church will officiate. Spring burial will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Community Health & Hospice 780 North Main Street, Laconia, NH 03246 or to Laconia Little League 915 North Main Street Laconia, NH 03246.
