Eva Mary Jane Provencal

Franklin———Mrs. Eva Mary Jane Provencal, 64, of 41 Liberty Ave, died at home on Wednesday, April 24, 2002. She was the widow of Alfred G. Provencal, Jr. who died in 1995.

Mrs. Provencal was born October 8, 1937 in Laconia, NH, the daughter of George and Eva Mary (Theberge) Nevers. She was a long time resident of Belmont before moving to Franklin only eight months ago. She was a CNA and worked at the Genesis Eldercare Network Laconia Center and retired in 2000. She enjoyed crocheting.

Survivors include two sons, Victor W. Weaver and James J. Weaver both of Franklin, NH; a daughter, Catherine A. Dachisen of Rockaway, N. J.; 3 step sons, Ken Michaud, Dale Robinson and Josh Provencal; two step daughters, Melissa Hamilton and Tara Provencal; Foster son Brandon Nelson; 11 grandchildren; one brother, George Nevers of Greenfield, NH and two sisters, Alice Hanks of Northfield, NH and Pauline Powell of Arizona and many nephews and nieces. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Christine Cooper in 1992 and a sister, Vern Morrell and a stepson, Kenneth Provencal.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2002 from 4-7 PM and on Sunday, April 28, 2002 from 1-2PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.

A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2002 at the Funeral Home at 2:00 PM following the calling hours.
