Dolores E. Nenning

Send a condolence note

Moultonboro, NH------Mrs. Dolores E. Nenning, 76, of 61 Hanson Drive, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia, on Sunday, August 3, 2003. Mrs. Nenning was the widow of John P. Nenning who died July 17, 2003.

Mrs. Nenning was born May 18, 1927 in Montreal, Canada, the daughter of John & Mildred (Letsch) Rutishauser. She lived in New Jersey for several years before moving to Moultonboro thirty-two years ago.

Mrs. Nenning was a woman who embodied everything that comes to mind when you think of a "Grandma". She always had words of encouragement and support, she always made sure you were well fed and well taken care of. She was a selfless woman that never complained and stayed strong to the end. We can only hope to be as good to our children as she was to hers.

Survivors include her daughter, Susan Nenning Appleby, of Laval, PQ, Canada: two grandchildren, David and Lee Appleby; two great grandchildren, Lauren and Austin Appleby; two sisters, Lana Gettings of New City, New York and Sandi Vogel, of Denver, CO; and several nephews and nieces.

There will be no calling hours.

Mrs. Nenning will be buried with her husband at a private graveside Service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lakes Region General Hospital, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH 03246

Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
