Herbert Ivo Weeks

Belmont-----Herbert Ivo Weeks, 58, of 247 Brown Hill Road, died at the VA Boston Healthcare System- Brockton Division on Tuesday, April 8, 2008.

Mr. Weeks was born April 1, 1950 in Laconia, N. H., the son of Sumner I. and Elise May (Touisant) Weeks.

Mr. Weeks served in the U. S. Army during Vietnam. He was a lifetime resident of Belmont and was employed by the Town of Belmont for the last four years, retiring in January, 2006.

Mr. Weeks was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include two sons, Elwin Weeks and Nicholas Weeks, both of Belmont; a daughter, Elise Weeks, of  Belmont; a brother, Sumner Weeks, of Northfield; two sisters, Daisy Whitcher and Pamela Click, both of Belmont; four nephews, Dennis Whitcher, Warren Billings, Richard Click and Marcus Weeks and four nieces, Kim Billings, Tracy Anderson, Denise Morrissette and Bonnie Weeks.  He was predeceased by a brother, Peter Weeks, and by a sister, Norma Billings.  

There will be no calling hours.

A Graveside Service will be held later in the spring at the family lot in South Road Cemetery, Belmont, NH.
