Lionel H. Boudreau

Laconia---Lionel H. Boudreau, 88 of 30 County Drive and formerly of 25 Union Ave. died at the Belknap County Nursing Home, Saturday April 22, 2006.

Mr. Boudreau was born December 10, 1917 in St. Tiophil, Canada, the son of Edmund and Josephine (Allard) Boudreau. He had lived most of his life in Laconia. He served in the US Navy during WWII.

Mr. Boudreau was employed at Scott & Williams for 20 years retiring in 1982. He was a communicant of Our Lady of The Lakes Church. He was a member of the Laconia Lodge of Elks # 876 and the VFW Post # 1670 of Laconia.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years Mary Rose (Bergeron) Boudreau of Laconia; a son Arthur Boudreau of Laconia; a daughter Madeline Avery of Meredith; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday April 25, 2006 from 2-3 PM with a funeral to follow at 3:00 PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home 164 Pleasant Street Laconia using the Carriage House entrance.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Belknap County Nursing Home Activities Fund 30 County Drive Laconia, NH 03246.
