Helen A. Holdstock

Franklin, NH--------Mrs. Helen A. Holdstock, 96, formerly of 209 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH died at the Mt. Ridge Center Genesis Eldercare Network, Franklin, NH on Saturday, April 5, 2003. Mrs. Holdstock was the widow of Richard Holdstock.

Mrs. Holdstock was born January 6, 1907 in Burlington, Vermont, the daughter of George and Anne (Foley) LaDuke.

Mrs. Holdstock was a long time resident of Burlington, Vermont before moving to Laconia, NH in 1979. She was employed by the Bayer Co as personal secretary to President Cook. She retired in 1939.

Survivors include two sons, David Cass of Tucson, Arizona and John E. Holdstock of Yorkville, NY; and six grandchildren, Stephen Cass, Robert Cass, James Cass, William Cass, Douglas Cass and Paula Ann Salisbury.

There will be no calling hours or funeral service.

Burial will be held later in the spring in the family lot in Lakeview Cemetery, Burlington, Vermont.

Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
