Patricia S. Wilder

Laconia-----Mrs. Patricia S. Wilder, 71, of 88 Outerbridge Drive died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Monday, April 14, 2003.

Mrs. Wilder was born October 8, 1931 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, the daughter of William R. and Louise (Stowe) Spofford, Sr. She lived in New Jersey for several years before moving to Laconia 12 years ago.

Mrs. Wilder was a very active member of the Laconia Congregational Church. She was a Deaconess and was a member of the Adult Ministries.

Mrs. Wilder served as treasurer of the Meadows Condominiums Association. She also was a member of the South Down Recreational Association and was presently Chairman of the Beach Improvement Committee.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas M. Clark of Jeffersonville, VT and William H. Clark of Plymouth, NH; two daughters, Lynn B. Hill of Jacksonville, Florida and Catherine L. Bansch of Fairview Heights, Illinois; 6 grandchildren, Alison Clark, Maximilian Hill, Kaitlin Hill, Michael Kosydor, Jaci Bansch, and Jaclyn Bansch; four nephews; and her longtime companion, Chloe, The Dog.

There will be no calling hours.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2003 at 2:00 PM at the Laconia Congregational Church, Veterans Square, Laconia, NH. Rev. Carolyn Keilig, Interim Associate Pastor of the church, will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, donations in the memory of Patricia S. Wilder may be made to the Laconia Congregational Church, 18 Veterans Square, Laconia, NH 03246.

Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
