Edward H. LaRoche

Laconia-----Edward H. LaRoche, 79, of 64 Manfield Court, Briarcrest and formerly of Fisk Road, Northfield, died at his home on Thursday, November 8, 2007.

Mr. LaRoche was born January 19, 1928 in Laconia, N. H., the son of Henry L. and Lula (Torsey) LaRoche. He was a life long resident of the Laconia/Northfield area.

Mr. LaRoche served in the U. S. Army Air Force during WWII. He was employed at Allen-Rogers Corp. for fourteen years before retiring in March, 1990.

Mr. LaRoche was a communicant of St. Joseph Church.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel G. (Smith) LaRoche, of Laconia; a son, Daniel L. LaRoche, of Franklin; two daughters, Debra L. Adams of Florida and Susan Smith of Laconia; one sister, Mrs. Marion Heath of Laconia; six grandchildren, Daniel LaRoche, Jason LaRoche, Sara Adams, April Morgan, Jamie Smith and Christopher Smith and two great-grandchildren, Alexis Morgan and Aubrey Smith and several nephews and nieces. In addition to his parents, Mr. LaRoche was predeceased by a brother, Edmund LaRoche, and by a sister, Mrs. Lester Wetherbee.

According to Mr. LaRoche’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
