Irene R. Guyotte

Gilford----Irene R. Guyotte, 90, of 19 Ridgewood Avenue, died on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at the Belknap County Nursing Home.

Mrs. Guyotte was born November 17, 1917 in Laconia, N.H., the daughter of John and Helene (Blake) Nedeau. She lived in Ashland for many years before moving to Gilford twenty years ago.

Mrs. Guyotte was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church. She was an avid golfer and was a member of the Waukewan Country Club.

Mrs. Guyotte was the heart of the family. She is survived by her husband, Howard A. Guyotte, of Gilford; a son, Howard J. Guyotte, of Meredith; two daughters, Ellen Bolduc and Donna Tremblay, both of Laconia; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Guyotte was predeceased by her brothers, John Nedeau and Harry Nedeau.

There will be no calling hours.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 11:30AM at Sacred Heart Church, 291Union Avenue, Laconia by Rev. Adrien Longchamps, Pastor of the Church.
Burial will follow at 2:30 PM in the family lot at Green Grove Cemetery, Ashland, N.H.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Belknap County Nursing Home – Activities Fund, 30 County Drive, Laconia, N.H. 03246.
