Francis R. Collins

Laconia-----Francis R. Collins, 23, of 28 Durkee Street, died at his home on Sunday, September 2, 2007.

Mr. Collins was born June 19, 1984 in Laconia, N. H., the son of Wayne R. and Kimberly Ann (DeForge) Collins.

Mr. Collins was a lifelong resident of Laconia and was a graduate of Laconia High School.  For the past year, he was employed at T-Bones Restaurant.  Francis loved being with friends and family and loved to ride his motorcycle.  He loved working on cars with is Dad.

Survivors include his parents, Wayne and Kimberly Collins, of Laconia, N. H.; two sisters, Louise A. Collins and Crystal R. Collins, both of Laconia; his grandparents, Priscilla and Edward DeForge of Gilford, N. H. and Richard and Annette Collins of Belmont, N. H.; several aunts and uncles, Keith Collins of Saugus, Mass., Colleen Collins of Painted Post, N. Y., Kristen Collins-Breyfogle of Steubenville, Ohio, Deena Jean of Laconia, N. H., Edward H. DeForge, Jr. of Gilford, N.H.and Shara Kent of Laconia, N. H. and many nephews, nieces and cousins.  He was predeceased by his great grandparents, Francis and Louise Collins, George Gurney and Irma DeForge and by a great aunt, Shirley Fletcher.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 7, 2007 from 6:00-8:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N. H.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, 291Union Avenue, Laconia by Rev. Adrien Longchamps, Pastor of the Church on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at 10:00AM.

Burial will follow in the family lot in Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Santa Fund, c/o The Citizen, 171 Fair Street, Laconia, N. H. 03246.
