Tilton----Pauline M. Clement, R.N., 72, of Jacobs Road, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Tuesday, September 13, 2005. She was the widow of Walter F. Clement who died in 1988.

Mrs. Clement was born April 27, 1933 in New Hampton, NH, the daughter of Gordon and Lillian M. (Dow) Plummer. She lived in Plymouth and Laconia before moving to Tilton.

Mrs. Clement was a graduate of the Laconia Hospital School of Nursing and was a Registered Nurse for thirty-five years. From 1961-1981 she was employed at Speare Memorial Hospital, Plymouth, NH and from 1981-1989, she was employed at the Golden View Health Care Center, Meredith, retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Laconia Alliance Church. Mrs. Clement enjoyed writing and was a published author. She also enjoyed crafts.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Arlyn W. and Brenda Clement and Alten F. and Wendi Clement, all of Plymouth, NH; a daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Bob Freeman, of Rumney, NH; two grandchildren, Sarah J. Racine of Rumney, NH and Aaron A. Clement of Thornton, NH; two great grandchildren, Alex J. and Hannah R. both of Rumney, NH; a brother and sister-in-law, Freeman G. and Eleanor Plummer, of Plymouth, NH; an aunt, Bertha Beach, of Meredith, NH; an uncle, Ralph Dow, of Lewiston, ME and many nephews and nieces. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her parents and a son, Kevin A. Clement.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2005 from 7:00-9:00PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH using the Carriage House entrance.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2005 at 11:00AM at the Laconia Alliance Church,115 Court Street, Laconia, NH. Rev. Robert Smith, will officiate.

Burial will be at 1:00PM, following the service, at the family lot in Riverside Cemetery, Plymouth, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Laconia Alliance Benevolent Fund, 115 Court Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
