Donald P. Keay

Center Harbor, NH------Donald P. Keay of Center Harbor NH, formerly Lincoln, Massachusetts passed away at his home on September 12, 2005 at the age of 76.

He graduated from Colby College, Maine and attended the Graduate School of Business at Indiana University.

He served as a special agent, U.S. Army Counter-Intelligence Corps from 1952 to 1954 and was Chairman of Leader Federal Savings and Loan Bank in Lexington, Massachusetts, also serving on the Board o
Directors for many years. He began his banking career in 1954 at Workingmens Cooperative Bank of Boston, and was also associated with Merchants Cooperative Bank of Boston.

He is survived by his wife MaryAnn Keay of Center Harbor, NH his daughters Meredith of New York City and Tracey of Montreal and his grandchildren Karolina and Hagan.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Services will be private.
