Dorothy M. St. Jacques Noke

Laconia------Mrs. Dorothy M. St. Jacques Noke, 90, of the Belknap County Nursing Home and formerly of the Sunrise Towers, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Monday, October 21, 2002. She was the widow of Ralph Noke.

Mrs. Noke was born June 29, 1912 in Boston, MA. During World War II, Mrs. Noke was employed at the Crystal Café in Laconia and then at O&Mac226;Shea&Mac226;s. She also was employed by the Byse Agency for eighteen years.

Survivors include a daughter, Sandra St. Jacques Congdon, of Laconia; a son, Robert St. Jacques of Laconia; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a brother, Harold Denney, of Gilford; and several nephews and nieces. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her first husband, Gerard St. Jacques.

There will be no calling hours.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2002 at 11:30 AM at the lot family lot in Bayside Cemetery, Laconia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the N. H. Humane Society, PO Box 572, Laconia, NH 03247.

Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
