Edward R. Bouley

Gilford------Edward R. Bouley, 77, of 42 Rockwood Road, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Tuesday, November 8, 2005.

Mr. Bouley was born October 21, 1928 in Nashua, NH, the son of Arthur “Jack” and Louise (LaPlante) Bouley.

He lived most of his life in the Nashua/Hudson area before moving to the Lakes Region in 1990.

Mr. Bouley was an optician and was in business with his brother, Dr. Paul Bouley, and Dr. Eliot Lasky, for many years.

Mr. Bouley was a communicant of Our Lady of the Lakes Church, Lakeport. He was a former communicant and choir member of St. Joseph Church, Nashua.

Mr. Bouley was very active with the New Hampshire Mental Health Alliance in Nashua for many years. He was a Ham Operator and enjoyed crossword puzzles.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-five years, Loretta ( LeBlanc) Bouley, of Gilford; a daughter, Linda Noel Fairbanks, of Winnisquam; two sons, David E. Bouley of Merrimack and Russell P. Bouley of Gilford; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2005 from 7:00PM-9:00 PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Lakes Church, 50 Washington Street, Lakeport, NH on Friday, November 11, 2005 at 10:00AM. Burial will follow in the family lot in the old St. Louis de Gonzague Cemetery, Nashua, NH.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Community Health & Hospice, Inc, 780 North Main Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
