Francis Paul "Frenchy" Maheaux, Sr.

Laconia------Graveside Services for Francis Paul ”Frenchy” Maheux Sr., 67, of 618 White Oaks Road, who died December 21, 2005, will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2006 at 11:00AM at the family lot in Greenvale Cemetery, Greenfield, NH.

Mr. Maheux was born August 13, 1938 in Laconia, NH, the son of Oliva J. and Virginia (Jacques) Maheux. He was a lifetime resident of Laconia and attended local schools.

Mr. Maheux served in the U. S. Navy on the U. S. S. Intrepid CVA-11. He was self-employed as a tool and die maker for over forty years and was owner of “Trio Tool”.

Mr. Maheux was a communicant of St. Joseph Church. He was a member of the Laconia Lodge of Elks #876 and the American Legion, Wilkins-Smith Post No. 1.

Survivors include his father, Oliva J. Maheux, of Gilford, NH; two sons, Francis Paul Maheux, Jr. of Gilford, NH and Mark Anthony Maheux of Belmont, NH; two daughters, Shari Ann Rohrborn, of Lakeport, NH and Vikki V. Maheux of Phippsburg, Maine; two grandchildren, Samantha Rohrborn and Hannah Rohrborn; a brother, Michael Maheux of Gilford, NH, |a sister, Patricia Ames, of Center Harbor, NH; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Maheux was predeceased by his wife, Norma D. (Wylie) Maheux and by his mother, Virginia (Jacques) Maheux.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Health & Hospice, Inc., 780 North Main Street, Laconia, NH or to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
