Boscawen----Audrey May Constant LaPointe, 85, formerly of So. Main Street, Franklin died at the Concord Hospital, Concord, on Monday, May 1, 2006. She was the widow of Leopold Gaston LaPointe who died in 1996.
Mrs. LaPointe was born May 30, 1920 in Pike, NH, the daughter of John and Doris (Wilson) Fowler. She lived in Meredith for a number of years and for most of her adult life, she was a homemaker. For the last six years, she has resided at the Merrimack County Nursing Home.
Survivors include her seven children, Alfred, Dorothy, Richard, William, Margaret, John and Harry; two sisters, Ida and Trudy and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband Alfred John Constant, in 1971; by three sisters, Lorretta, Ethelyn and Margaret and by a granddaughter, Dawn.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2006 at 11:00AM at the family lot in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Concord Regional Visiting Nurses Association, PO Box 1797, Concord, NH 03301.
