David A. Chouinard

Laconia-----David A. Chouinard, 64, of 15 Dewey Street, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Thursday, May 11, 2006.

Mr. Chouinard was born October 3, 1941 in Laconia, the son of Arthur E. and Alice D. (Dow) Chouinard. Mr. Chouinard graduated from Plymouth High School in 1959. He lived in Laconia most of his life and was employed at Richardson’s Taxi Service for several years.

Mr. Chouinard enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Lee (Monahan) Chouinard, of Laconia; three daughters, Laura Wood of Utah, Alice Lahair of Washington, and Melanie Chouinard of Tuftonboro, NH; a stepson, Wayne Knox, of Belmont, NH; a stepdaughter, Marion Monroe, of Sullivan, NH; sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents.

There will be no calling hours.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2006 at 3:30 PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH. Pastor Robert N. Horne, will officiate.
