Laconia---- Graveside Services for Edwin "Sonny" E. Harbour, Jr., 70, formerly of 30 Beaman Street, who died February 20, 2005 will be held at the Union Cemetery, Academy Street, Laconia on Saturday June 4, 2005 at 11:30AM.

Mr. Harbour was born March 12, 1934 in Franklin,NH the son of the late Edwin E. and Bertha (Danforth) Harbour, Sr. He had lived in Laconia for over 50 years coming from Franklin.

Mr. Harbour was a former member of the Laconia Lodge of Elks #876 and a Life member of the Laconia Rod & Gun. He had been employed as a milkman for Franklin Dairy for 13 years and a bus driver for the Lakes Region Transit Company. He was also a taxi driver in Laconia for 40 years and he also was the head of housekeeping at the Belknap County Nursing Home for 15 years before retiring.

Survivors include his wife Arlene C. (Provencal) Harbour of Laconia; a son Gary Harbour of Laconia; 2 daughters Lisa Shepard of Belmont and Gail Romprey of Laconia; 2 step-daughters Patrecia Hilson of Laconia and Joanne Brodtman of Laconia; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a brother Joseph Harbour of Franklin; a sister Gloria Shaw of Fla.; many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Belknap County Nursing Home, Activities Fund, 30 County Drive, Laconia NH 03246.
