Gilford-----Howard A. Guyotte, 91, of 19 Ridgewood Avenue died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Thursday, March 12, 2009. He was the widower of Irene R. (Nadeau) Guyotte who died in September, 2008.

Mr. Guyotte was born July 3, 1917 in Ashland, N.H., the son of Arthur J. and Delima (Fournier) Guyotte. He was a longtime resident of Ashland and was the owner and operator of Howard’s Oil Co. He had been a resident of Gilford for the past twenty years.

Mr. Guyotte was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.
Mr. Guyotte is survived by a son, Howard “Joe” J. Guyotte, of Meredith; two daughters, Ellen Bolduc and her husband, Ernest, and Donna Tremblay all of Laconia; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two sisters, Annie Bilodeau of Vero Beach, Florida and Bertha St. Arnauld of Ashland, N.H.

There will be no calling hours.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 16, 2009 at 11:30AM at Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Avenue, Laconia, by Rev. Adrien Longchamps, Pastor of the Church.

Spring burial will be in the family lot in Green Grove Cemetery, Ashland, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Belknap County Nursing Home – Activities Fund, 30 County Drive, Laconia, N. H. 03246.
