Laconia----Robert N. Guinard, 38, of 16 Fairview Street and formerly of Belmont, died at the Lake Region General Hospital Friday March 6, 2009.

Robert was born February 28, 1971 in Concord, NH, the youngest son of Arthur O. and Beverly (Emery) Guinard. At the age of 3, Bobby survived a serious drowning accident and lived on for the past 35 years, thanks to the dedicated care and attention of his many caregivers. He lived a full life and touched many.

Robert was a communicant of St. Joseph Parish, Belmont and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He specially enjoyed his vacations at the ocean. He also liked spending time listening to Madonna and watching golf on TV.

Robert is survived by four brothers, Lawrence Fournier and his wife, Gail, of Derry, Michael Fournier and his wife, Judy, of Hillsboro, David Fournier, Jr. of Alton, and Arthur O. Guinard, Jr. and his wife, Anne, of Belmont; five sisters, Susan Gregg of Concord, Virginia Jourdenais and her husband, Arthur, of Contoocook, Kathleen Clarke and her husband, Dana, of Belmont, Darlene Smith and her husband, Thomas, of Lincoln and Marie Whiting and her husband, Robert, of Penacook; uncles, aunts, cousins and many nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces. He was predeceased by his father in 1994 and his mother died January 9, 2009.

Calling hours will be held on Monday March 9, 2009 from 5-7 PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Parish, Belmont, Tuesday March 10, 2009 at 10:00 AM.

Spring burial will be in the family lot in South Road Cemetery, Belmont.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Parish Food Pantry, POBox 285, Belmont, NH 03220.
