Belmont-----Carol LaChance, 67, of 26 Turkey Drive, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Tuesday, March 28, 2006.
Mrs. LaChance was born August 23, 1938 in Franklin, NH, the daughter of Francis and Marguerite (Dennish) Shaw
Mrs. LaChance lived in Meredith for several years before moving to Belmont twelve years ago.
Survivors include her husband of thirty years, Alfred LaChance, of Belmont; two sons, John Morgan of Belmont and Howard Morgan of Chichester; two daughters, Ida Taylor of Wilmot and Linda Morgan of Northfield; ten grandchildren; four brothers, Lawrence Shaw of Grafton, Almon Shaw of Lewiston, Maine, Kenneth Shaw of Danbury and David Shaw of Northfield; three sisters, Judy Perry of Ashland, Alice LaChance of Enfield and Lillian Howlett of Springfield and many nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Morgan.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 31, 2006 from 6:00-8:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2006 at 10:00AM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
Burial will be in the family lot in Franklin Cemetery, Franklin, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Health & Hospice, Inc., 780 North Main Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
