Laconia-------Pauline H. Drake, 87, of 175 Blueberry Lane and formerly of 7 Church Street, died at the Genesis Eldercare Network, Laconia Center on Thursday, June 27, 2002 surrounded by her family. Mrs. Drake was born April 29, 1915 in Franklin, NH, the daughter of Rodney F. and Martha (Tatro) Merrill. She was a Foster Grandparent at the Laconia State School and Training Center for three years.
Mrs. Drake was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Laconia Congregation.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Mumblo of Florida and Gary Mumblo of Oregon; two daughters, Sandra Vaillancourt of Laconia and Kathleen Jane Hanson and her husband, Henry, of Laconia; 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; a sister, Muriel Pouliot of Bristol, CT and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by 11 brothers and sisters.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 35 Blueberry Lane, Laconia on Saturday July 20, 2002 at 3:00PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Laconia Congregation, 303 Old Lakeshore Road #A15, Gilford, NH, 03249.
