Amelia (Millie) H. Cuveron

Franklin-------Amelia (Millie) Cuveron, 102, died Sunday, July 28, 2002 at the Peabody Home in Franklin, NH.

She was born and raised in Barre, VT., the daughter of Henry and Mary (Fontana) Solary. After World War I, she moved to New York City.

In 1923 she was married to Virgil J. Cuveron. For the greater part of their lives together, they lived in Brooklyn, NY. Her husband died in 1971.

During her lifetime she was a buyer for R.H. Macy Department store in New York City, and during World War II, worked at the Defense Lab of RCA-also NYC. First and foremost she was a mother and homemaker. She is survived by her daughter, Connie Ferguson of Franklin, and a son Howard of Bristol. She also leaves 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, August 10, 2002 at 11:00AM at the Baptist Church of Franklin. Interment will be at the Hillside Cemetery in Peekskill, NY.

The Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia,NH is in charge of the arrangements.
