Belmont, NH-----Leslie M. Van Hoose, 59, of 246 Durrell Mtn. Road died at her home on Tuesday, June 23, 2009.
Leslie was born February 10, 1950 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, the daughter of Helen (Brown) Musolf. She lived in Belmont for three years coming from Meredith. She had been employed as a clinical research assistant at AlcheraBio in New Jersey.
Leslie had a love of horses and was a devoted hockey mom.
Leslie is survived by her husband, Charles Van Hoose, of Belmont; a son, Joshua Van Hoose, and his wife, Bethany, of Laconia; a brother, Kevin Musolf, and his wife, Debbie, of Hillsborough, New Jersey; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Eugene and the late Marion Van Hoose, of Port Clinton, Ohio; two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Barry and Karen Van Hoose, of Shorewood, Illinois and Paul and Jennifer Van Hoose of Jacksonville, Florida; a nephew, KC Musolf, and a niece, LeeAnn Musolf, both of Hillsborough, New Jersey. She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 26, 2009 from 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00 PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N. H.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at l:00 PM also at the Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the family lot in Village Cemetery, Meredith, N.H.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jake Brien Memorial Fund, c/o Winnipesaukee Veterinary Emergency Center, PO Box 924, Meredith, NH. 03253. (Please make checks payable to WVEC.)
