Meredith--Tristan Michael LaPlante, infant son of Chad and Alison LaPlante, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Wednesday, June 17, 2009.

Tristan’s loving family include his father and mother, Chad and Alison LaPlante, of Meredith; his grandparents, Kimberly Gustafson and Paul Charlton of Gilford, Dwayne & Cathy LaPlante of Tilton and Jeff and Tracey Gould of Gilford; great grandparents, Wayne and Joanne Gustafson of Gilford and Robert and Emily LaPlante of Lochmere; great grandparents, Irene Reagan of Tilton and Leonard & Elizabeth Gould of Florida and aunts and uncles, Adam, Ryan, Molly, Tiffany, Samantha, Chris, Caele, Ebbie, Henry and Samuel; Godfather, Ryan Hawkins; Godmother, Caele Mead.

There will be no calling hours.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 11:00AM at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N. H using the Carriage House entrance.
