Laconia-----A. Joy Heinis, 72, of 175 Blueberry Lane and formerly of 25 Union Avenue, died at the Genesis Eldercare Network – Laconia Center on Saturday, January 24, 2009.

Joy was born February 21, 1936 in Laconia the daughter of Florence (Smith) and Louis A. Heinis, Sr. She was a lifetime resident of Laconia and was employed at the Margate Resort, retiring in 1990.

Joy was a communicant of St. Joseph Church.

Joy is survived by several nephews and nieces and many grand nephews and grand nieces. In addition to her parents, Joy was predeceased by two sisters, Mildred DeLucca and Mary Willard, and by three brothers, John Heinis, Edward Heinis and Louis A. Heinis, Jr.

A calling hour will be held on Monday, February 2, 2009 from 9:30 to 10:30AM at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N. H.,

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, 30 Church Street, Laconia on Monday, February 2, 2009 at 11:00AM by Rev. Gary Kosmowski, Pastor of the Church.

Spring burial will be in the family lot in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
