Tilton-----Kenneth B. Cook, 70, of 380 W. Main Street, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Friday, January 30, 2009.

Ken was born November 28, 1938 in Boston, Mass., the son of Harold and Mildred (Poole) Cook. He lived in Belmont, N.H. for several years before moving to Tilton in 1986.

Ken was employed as a machinist for many years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Ken is survived by a son, Mark R. Cook, of East Tauton, Mass.; a daughter, Mary Louise Hurd, of Franklin, N.H.; two grandchildren, Rebeka Carmichael and Megan Carmichael, both of Franklin, N.H.; one nephew and one niece. Ken was predeceased by his mother, Mildred Cook and by a sister, Shirley Martin.

There will be no calling hours

A Funeral Service will be held at a later date in Middleboro, Mass.

Burial will be in the family lot in Hope Rest Cemetery, Middleboro, Mass.
