Fabiola R. (Cadorette) Turgeon

Meredith-----Fabiola R. (Cadorette) Turgeon, 90, of the Inn at Golden View, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Sunday, January 10, 2010. She was the widow of Edward Turgeon.

Mrs. Turgeon was born September 2, 1919 in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the daughter of Joseph and Malvina (Beaudoin) Cadorette. She lived in Taftville, Connecticut during WWII where she worked as a mill worker. She later moved to Groton, Connecticut where she lived for sixty-five years before moving to Meredith in March of 2006.

Mrs. Turgeon is survived by three sons and their spouses, Donald and Linda Turgeon of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Roger and Catherine Turgeon of Meredith and Richard and Patricia Turgeon of Port Orchard, Washington; two daughters and their spouses, Diana and Robert Barnett of Gales Ferry, Connecticut and Eileen and Rodney Pierce of East Grand Rapids, Michigan; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; several nieces and one nephew. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Turgeon was predeceased by three brothers, Nestor, Lionel and Morris and by three sisters, Aline, Evonne and Anita.

There will be no calling hours.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Lakes Church, 50 Washington Street, Lakeport, New Hampshire on Friday, January 15, 2010 at 10:00AM by Rev. Matthew Mason.

Burial will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, Massachusetts.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Senior Companion Community Action Program c/o Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., PO Box 1016, Concord, NH 03302-10161.
