Erva Mae Marsh Send a condolence note

Laconia-----Erva Mae Marsh, 76, of 765 Union Avenue Apt. 308 died at her daughter’s home on Saturday, January 5, 2008. She was the widow of Donald W. Marsh who died in October, 1997.

Mrs. Marsh was born December 31, 1931 in Laconia. She was the daughter of Erwin Charles and Eva May (Dow) Young.

Mrs. Marsh has been a lifelong resident of Laconia. She was a semi-retired employee of the Belknap County Conservation Trust.  She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary for over 50 years.

Survivors include two daughters, Wendy Hanley and Dawn Marsh both of Laconia; four grandchildren, Katie-Ann Parsons, Courtney Madeline Parsons, Ashley Nicole Marsh and Melissa Rose Parsons; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Irad Young, of Bridgewater; two sisters, Joanne Berry of Sanbornton and Patricia Recalde of California and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and her parents, Mrs. Marsh was predeceased by a brother, Erwin Young, and by a sister, Elaine French.

 Memorial calling hours will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 from 6:00PM-8:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 11:00AM in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH.
