Scott A. "Smiley" Carter Send a condolence note

Belmont-----Scott A. ‘Smiley” Carter, 34, of 161 Seavey Rd., died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Monday, January 21, 2008.

Scott was born December 24, 1973 in Laconia, NH, the son of George “Joe”and Cynthia (Davis) Carter.  He was a lifelong resident of the Lakes Region and was employed at Margaritas in Concord.

Scott loved his son and family. He loved to sketch, listen to music, the out of doors and his dog, “Gretchin”.  He enjoyed playing poker and cards and had a great sense of humor.       

Survivors include his mother, Cindy L. Carter, of Laconia; his father, Joe Carter, of Laconia; a son, Matthew Scott Carter, of Belmont; his fiancée, Kristen Daddio, of Belmont; a brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Alethea Carter, of Las Vegas, Nevada; two nephews, Samson and Benjamin; his paternal grandmother, Theresa Carter, of Laconia and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be no calling hours.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2008 at 11:00AM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant St., Laconia, NH.  Dr. Festus Kilonzo Kavale, LRGH Spiritual Care Coordinator, will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, to assist the family, may be made to the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, PO Box 67, Laconia, N. H. 03247-0067.
