Lawrence "Larry" C. Pouliot, Sr.

Laconia-----Lawrence "Larry" C. Pouliot, Sr., 61, of 103 Blueberry Lane, died at the Concord Hospital, Concord, on Thursday, January 27, 2005.

Mr. Pouliot was born January 1, 1944 in Franklin, NH, the son of Mona (Beaupre) and Ovilla Pouliot. He lived in Chester, NH for several years before moving to Laconia twelve years ago. Mr. Pouliot served in the U. S. Army for three years. He was employed at Chrysler Jeep Eagle IN Belmont, NH, retiring in 1999.

Mr. Pouliot enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson, fishing, target shooting and being with friends. He loved life.

Survivors include a son, Lawrence "Jr." C. Pouliot, of Weirs, NH; three daughters, Dawn Dragon of Sanbornton, NH, Michelle "Shelley" Pouliot, of Londonderry, NH and Alaina Pouliot of Chester, NH; his girlfriend of twelve years, Jeanne Bennett, of Laconia, NH; step daughter, Theresa Gilbert, of Gilmanton, NH; five grandchildren, Ben Dragon and Morgan Dragon both of Sanbornton, NH, Lawrence C. Pouliot III, Christy Pouliot and Andrew Pouliot, all of Weirs, NH; a step grandchild, Sabrina LaPage of Gilmanton, NH; two brothers, Russell Pouliot of Danville, NH and Thomas "Tom" Pouliot of Rhode Island; several nephews and nieces and his cat, Toby. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by brother, Roger Pouliot, in 2002.

Calling Hours will be held on Monday, January 31, 2005 from 6:00-800PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH. using the Whipple Avenue entrance.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at 11:00AM in the Chapel at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH. Burial will follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to D.A.V. (Disabled American Veterans), 275 Chestnut Street, Room 319, Manchester, NH 03101.
