Albert "Ab" Vallee

Laconia-----Albert "Ab" Vallee, 89, of 25 Union Avenue and formerly of Parish, Maine died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Thursday, January 29, 2004 after a brief illness.

Mr. Vallee was born June 28, 1914 in South Paris, Maine, the son of Joseph and Alphonsa (Parmelee) Vallee.

Mr. Vallee served in the U. S. Army during World War II.

Mr. Vallee is survived by several nieces and nephews and many good friends in Laconia. He was predeceased by his friend and companion of many years, Irja Roux.

In December, Mr. Vallee&Mac226;s friends surprised him with a party to honor his dedication and commitment to the Laconia Lodge of Elks #876. His friendly wit and ready smile will be deeply missed.

There will be no calling hours or funeral service

Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia, NH.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Laconia Lodge of Elks #876, 383 Main Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
