Franklin------Blanche W. Perry, 84, of 29 Baldwin Street, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Monday, January 5, 2004.

Mrs. Perry was born February 18, 1919 in Quincy, MA, the daughter of Stanley & Blanche (Micmajer) Szalajeski. She lived in Laconia for over 40 years where she worked for Munsey & Brazil Insurance and Byse Insurance. She had been a resident of Franklin since 2002.

Mrs. Perry enjoyed gardening.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Richard & Jane Perry of Olathe, Kansas; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan & Howard Bolsterle of Belmont, NH; three grandchildren, Stephen Perry of San Antonio, Texas, Janet Messman of Westfield, Indiana and Robyn Bull of Belmont, NH; five great grandchildren, Tyler Bull and Dylan Bull both of Belmont, Elizabeth Messman and Audrey Messman both of Westfield, Indiana and Rachel Perry of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters, Helen Raymond of Summerfield, Florida and Irene Cid of Framingham, MA; and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a sister, Eugenia Carroll and by three brothers, Richard Szalajeski, Thaddeus Szalajeski and Edmund Szalajeski.

There will be no calling hours

A Graveside Service will be held at Union Cemetery, Laconia in the spring. Date and time will be announced.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lakes Region General Hospital, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
