Antonetta "Ann" (Brienzo) Ricciardiello


Gilford, N.H.---Antonetta “Ann” (Brienzo) Ricciardiello, 95, passed away on February 1, 2010 peacefully surrounded by her family in Gilford, N.H.
 
She was a loving wife to her husband, Felice “Phil”, for 72 years and a caring and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Ann was born in East Boston, Mass. to Maria Erminia Dell’Aquila and Vincenzo (Gootsalone) Brienzo from Forenza, Potenza, Italy.

Ann and Phil were long-time residents of Salem, Mass.  She is survived by her husband, Phil, and six children: Michelina Marilyn Armstrong of Swampscott, Mass.,  Ann Horton of Williamsburg, Virginia,  Anthony Ricciardiello of Peabody, Mass.,  Philip Ricciardiello, Cathy Coppolino of Georgetown, Mass. and Dr. Louis Ricciardiello of Gilford, N.H. and eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by two sisters: Nina Faraci of Middleton, Mass. and Mary D’Archangelo of Swampscott, Mass. and two brothers: Rocco Brienzo of Maynard, Mass. and Mike Brienzo of Colorado and many nieces and nephews.

Ann is predeceased by three sisters: Carmella Brienzo, Angelina Brienzo, and Angelina Lynch and three brothers:  Joseph, James and Danny Brienzo.

Ann devoted her life to her husband and family and she will be on our minds and in our hearts always.

Funeral arrangements will be private.
