Faye E. Wakefield Send a condolence note

Laconia-----Faye E. Wakefield, 82, a long time resident of Laconia, died at Sullivan County Healthcare, Unity, N.H. on Thursday, February 21, 2008.
      Miss Wakefield was born December 21, 1925 in Laconia, N.H., the daughter of Walter E. and Ruth (Beck) Wakefield.
      Miss Wakefield was a lifelong resident of Laconia and was employed at Laconia Needle Co., for many years before retiring in the mid 80's. She enjoyed gardening and caring for animals especially cats.
      Miss Wakefield is survived by a brother, Kenneth Wakefield, of Laconia; a nephew, Stephen Wakefield, of Colorado and a grandnephew and grandniece. 
      According to Miss Wakefield's wishes, there will be no calling hours.
      A Graveside Service will be held in the spring at the family lot in Union Cemetery, Laconia. Date and time to be announced. Pastor Robert Horne, pastor of the Bible Speaks Church, will officiate.
      In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Hampshire Humane Society, PO Box 572, Laconia, N.H. 03247.
