Pauline T. Braun Send a condolence note

Gilford---Pauline T. Braun, 88, of 663 Cherry Valley Road died at the Pine Rock Manor, Warner, N.H. on Thursday, February 28, 2008.

Mrs. Braun was born June 14, 1919 in Lowell, Mass., the daughter of Walter M. P. and Katherine (Graham) Tarr.   She lived in Lowell for many years before moving to Gilford, N.H. thirty years ago.

Mrs. Braun was employed as a secretary assistant at Carl L. Braun Reality for many years.

Mrs. Braun was a former member of the All Souls Church in Lowell, Mass.  She was a member of the Merrimack Valley Women’s Club and the Laconia Women’s Club.  She enjoy participating in fashion shows.

Mrs. Braun is survived by her husband of sixty-six years, Carl L. Braun, Jr., of Gilford; a daughter, Karen B. Burtt, of Gilford and a son, Carl L. Braun III, of Gilmanton; three grandchildren, Carl L. Braun  IV of Sanbornton, Robert A. Braun of Birmingham, Alabama and Noel P. Burtt-Rockwell of Derry, N.H.; two great grandchildren, Zachary Carl Braun and Sophia Lorraine Braun; one nephew and two nieces.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2008 from 3:00-7:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N.H.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 3, 2008 at 1:00PM in The Chapel at Lowell Cemetery, 77 Knapp Street, Lowell, Mass.

Burial will follow in the family lot in Lowell Cemetery, Lowell, Mass.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, N.H. Office, 1 Bedford Farms Drive Suite 105, Bedford, N.H. 03110.
