Beatrice P. Cowing Send a condolence note

Laconia-----Beatrice P. Cowing, 83, formerly of 25 Union Avenue, died at the Concord Hospital on February 7, 2008.  She had been a resident of the Epsom Healthcare Center, Epsom for the past eight years.

Mrs. Cowing was born December 20, 1924 in Lisbon, N.H., the daughter of Ralph and Violet (Page) Jesseman.  She lived in Laconia for most of her life and was employed at Benmar for many years.

Mrs. Cowing was a member of the Lakeport Baptist Church.

Mrs. Cowing is survived by one son, Edison Cowing, of Belmont; three daughters, Brenda Chao of Santa Clara, Calif., Marilyn A. Nations of Tallahassee, Florida and Wendy Scott of Laconia; eleven grandchildren; _thirteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Roland Jesseman of Lakeport and Albert Jesseman of Indian Town, Florida; two sisters, her twin, Beverly Gebhard, of Laconia and Erlene Bryant of Florida and many nephews and nieces.  

There will be no calling hours.

A Graveside Service will be held in the spring at the family lot in Bayside Cemetery, Laconia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lakes Region United Way, 95 Water Street Ste. 1, Laconia, N.H. 03246, the Concord Hospital Auxiliary, 250 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301 or to the charity of one’s choice.
