Boston, MA--------Atty. Jeffrey C. Page 49, of Boston, MA died Saturday, February 5, 2005 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Boston after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born May 2, 1955 in Framingham, MA the son of Virginia (Colwell) Page and the late Franklin W. L. Page.

He attended the Framingham Public Schools and graduated from Huntington Preparatory School, Northeastern University and Mass School of Law. He was a member of the Massachusetts Bar and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. He represented many indigent defendants. He maintained a law office on Tremont Street in Boston.

Jeff spent his childhood summers at the family cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee in NH where he loved the water and especially sailing. In recent years he devoted much time to sailing on his beloved sailboat on the ocean waters.

Survivors include his mother Virginia Anthony of Center Harbor, NH, a brother Robert Page and his wife Heather of Laconia, NH; a sister Susan Shimanoski and her husband Jack of Loudon, NH; a niece Jessica Fanjoy of Barnstead, NH; a nephew Wesley Page of East Boston; aunts, uncles and several cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 12, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH. Interment will take place at a later date.
